Vranda believes that the only way to achieve a bigger social change is by taking small steps toward it.  This motivated her to work in the social sector and contribute her bit by working towards a better future. At Development Solutions, she works as Research Associate and focuses on the end-to-end execution of all project activities with the goal to enable evidence-based solutions. Her work currently revolves around projects related to education, livelihood, health, etc. Her interest also lies in Business Development activities, through which she wishes to learn and contribute more towards organizational growth.

Prior to working at Development Solutions, she was a fellow at Quest Alliance, where she worked with young girls from less privileged backgrounds around their employability skills and career development. She has a background in teaching and was previously associated with an Ed Tech Platform.

She likes binge-watching old Bollywood movies and has a passion for cooking. Watching a cliched Bollywood movie while enjoying a comfort meal is her idea of a perfect holiday.
