Ravikanth currently works as a Senior Research Associate at DS where he handles end-to-end management of social impact projects which includes monitoring and evaluation, capacity building/training of project personnel, client communication and coordination.

Prior to joining DS, Ravi worked as a Capacity building expert at WE Hub (Women Entrepreneurs Hub) – the first state-led Incubator for women entrepreneurs by Telangana Government. At WE Hub, his work was focused on building Start-up ecosystems & SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises), and livelihoods at the grassroots with a robust government-to-public interface in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. During his time at WE Hub, he designed and executed strategies to successfully onboard over 2500 potential women entrepreneurs from across 33 districts of the state for incubation and acceleration. He has a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Governance from TISS Hyderabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from JHTU, Hyderabad.

 Ravi is immensely passionate about football. When not at work, one can find him scoring a goal or endlessly cheering for his team.
