Anil Vishwakarma is a senior field associate at DS. He specializes in operations support, administrative support, team support, project management, organization and time management, and training and development experience. He assisted in completing complex projects in the states of Rajasthan, Bihar, Gujarat, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Punjab.

Before joining Development Solutions Inc., Anil worked as a project associate with J-PAL South Asia at IFMR Lead, where he worked on field team training, monitoring, and managing survey teams across different projects. He has extensive experience in managing field surveys for large-scale impact evaluations in the domains of agriculture, women’s empowerment, and livelihoods. Before joining J-PAL South Asia at IFMR, Anil worked as a project associate with IFMR Lead, where he worked on field team training, monitoring, and managing survey teams across different projects. Prior to joining IFMR Lead, Anil worked as a District Coordinator with Ekal Vidyalaya, where he worked on programs that aim to alleviate poverty in rural parts of India with a focus on both tribal and non-tribal communities.

Anil likes to read books in his spare time. He also likes to play cricket, watch movies, and listen to all genres of music.
