Background Context:
Development Solutions (DS) was appointed by C3 to build capacities on Theory of Change (ToC) and basics of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). Following the successful completion of four workshops and feedback from participants, DS extended support to C3 to enable the development of ToCs for three program verticals/pillars, and the organization.
