Service: Research & Studies

Freedom Fund, in collaboration with Praxis Institute for Participatory Practices, is developing a digital case management system called ‘Pathways’ for local frontline NGOs to use in their provision of care to individuals and communities affected by trafficking. It aims to help these organizations in their ability to provide timely, integrated and responsive care to the victims. The baseline will elicit the current status of the case management system and the ability of partners to transition to the digital pathways. The end-line will assess the impact, efficiency and sustainability of digital pathways. Development Solutions will evaluate both the base and end-line for this intervention. Qualitative interactions with various stakeholders, along with a review of data maintained by the partners and the program documents of Freedom Fund/ Praxis will be used for the evaluation.
